So, the air in my truck went out a few weeks ago. It's been sitting on cardboard in the garage since winter because it's been intermittently leaking some kind of fluid, but not enough for me to really worry about it? It's going on 14 years old so it's going to happen at some point. My air had been struggling for a couple weeks but since we were getting so close to fall I figured I might be able to wait it out. Nope, decent sized leak on the cardboard finally and the air quit, so I take it in. I'm leaking coolant, not oil (it's a slow seep, as is custom with my age/style of Escape). A/C needs serving, but mechanic is worried about my radiator because of the leak. He's got to take it out to service the A/C anyway so I agree if it's bad enough he can replace it so I don't get double dinged for labor later. I'm 2200 bucks poorer, but it's been... 5? years since I've put anywhere near that kind of money into my Escape, so I'm trying not to crab too much. But it'd be great if I didn't have to do that again soon

Also! I went in halfsies with my mom on her 5th wheel up at Dodge City campground. She originally was splitting it with one of her sisters but she has some other life stuff going on and can't right now, so I offered instead
